Do I need an account?
If you are wanting to track your parcel delivery or keep track of a quote request then creating an account is the best way to manage this.
Also, if you will be ordering more than once, then an account is a great way to see all your order history.
How do I get a quote for printing?
Click the 'Request a Quote' link at the bottom of the page. Input the details asked, you can also add more detail in the comments section.
Alternatively once in the design lab, you can click the "Request a Quote" and follow the prompts.
What happens after I ask for a quote?
When you request a quote for custom printing, we will be sent the list of items you want to be quoted on. We will provide you with a quote and and you will be sent an email with the details.
You can then approve or reject the quote. If you approve the quote we will then develop proofs of the printing. Once the proofs are approved, the printing will take place on the garments you requested.
What size would I be?
Each product has it own size guide when clicked in to.
What size would I be in pants?
The sizing chart below shows what size you would be in pants, based on the regular waist sizing in inches
I've noticed that Syzmik products often refer to having 28 singles, what does this mean?
28 singles refers to the quality/softness of the t-shirt fabric. The higher the single the better the quality. These are high quality garments.
What are my delivery options and how long does it take?

How do I track my parcel delivery?
To track you delivery, log into your account to view your tracking information. You will need your Order ID that was provided in your order confirmation email.
What payment options do you take?
We take payment through PayPal, along with all other major credit/debit cards.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not happy with the product?
